the item is faulty. Under such circumstances an exchange
will be offered.
- Returns of lingerie can only be accepted where
the item is still in it's original packaging.
- Returns of creams, lotions, lubricants, condoms
and videos or DVD's will not be accepted under any
circumstances.
- Where an exchange of clothing has been agreed due
to incorrect size. The item must be returned to us
in resalable condition in it's original packaging.
A covering note stating the new size required and
payment of £2.95 to cover additional postage
must be included.
- We advise you to use Recorded delivery.
- We reserve the right to update, amend and remove
items on this website at our discretion. Where an
item has been discontinued a similar alternative of
the equivalent or higher value will be offered.
